Cleaning, repair, and application of elastomeric paint along the east elevation of the 6th floor of Block 1 North of Brickell City Centre. The scope of work was to clean the steel angle along the edge (just above the curtain wall system), pressure clean the portion of the wall above, and repair/seal the cracks encountered. The work is being performed by Rope Descent System (RDS).
